The North Vermillion Elementary Spell Bowl team traveled to Terre Haute and competed at Woodrow Wilson Middle School. Each participant spelled 7 words in their round. The competition consisted of 8 rounds where NV scored 29 points overall, finishing in third place overall and first in the division. Spellers included: Avoree Smith, Drew Davis, Colton Nale, Colton Medina, Brevan Smith, Carson Calvin, Cole Hirose and Aryn Smith. Amari Collins and Mylah Leornard traveled along, as well.
